phmoney Terms and Conditions for Filipino Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and phmoney ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the online gaming services available at https://phmoney.asia.

Accessing any part of the phmoney platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus all constitute acceptance of these Terms in full. If you are uncertain about any provision, contact phmoney support at support@phmoney.asia before proceeding.

These Terms apply alongside the phmoney Privacy Policy and any additional rules specific to individual games, promotions, or features, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and phmoney.

2. Eligibility

To register and play on phmoney, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phmoney is strictly an adults-only platform and minors are prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, unless phmoney expressly confirms otherwise.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered phmoney account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts.

When registering with phmoney you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

phmoney may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before approving withdrawals, increasing deposit limits, or granting access to certain promotions. Acceptable documents may include a government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS or UMID card, and a recent proof of address.

Your phmoney account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, share, or allow access to your account by any other person. phmoney is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if you have shared your login credentials.

4. Deposits and Payments

phmoney supports the following local Philippine payment methods for account funding: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI and UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa and Mastercard payment cards.

All account balances are held and displayed in Philippine pesos (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per day are displayed in the phmoney account cashier and may be adjusted from time to time.

You may only fund your phmoney account using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to another person, even a family member, are not permitted. phmoney will not process or hold funds that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

Deposits are generally credited to your phmoney balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider, though some methods may take longer during high traffic periods. Contact phmoney support if a confirmed deposit has not appeared in your account balance within a reasonable period.

phmoney does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. phmoney is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment services.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that matches the one used for the corresponding deposit, where applicable. phmoney reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit unless phmoney's cashier system expressly allows an alternative. You cannot withdraw to a payment account belonging to another person.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the phmoney account cashier. Processing times vary by method: digital wallets such as GCash and Maya are typically faster, while bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms. phmoney reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal pending investigation if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

If a phmoney account is closed, any remaining verified real-money balance after the deduction of applicable bonus amounts will be returned to the account holder by a verified payment method.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

phmoney offers promotions from time to time, which may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spin credits, cashback, loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

Key conditions that apply to all phmoney promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal eligibility is granted. The required turnover amount and qualifying games are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

7. Gameplay and Wagering

All games on the phmoney platform use certified random number generators to determine outcomes. Results are generated independently on each round and are not influenced by previous results, account history, or any external factor.

By placing a wager on phmoney you acknowledge that:

• Gaming outcomes are determined by chance and no strategy can guarantee a financial return.
• The return-to-player percentages published for individual games are long-run theoretical averages and do not represent a guarantee of any specific session result.

9. Account Security

Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. Do not access your phmoney account from public or shared devices without ensuring you log out completely after each session.

If you suspect that your phmoney account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact phmoney support immediately at support@phmoney.asia so that the account can be secured. phmoney is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the breach resulted from your own failure to protect your login information.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phmoney and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and notification to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or accessing another player's account.
• Providing false or misleading identity, age, or contact information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the phmoney platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to phmoney support and will be voided upon confirmation.
• Attempting to use the phmoney platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate phmoney deposits through your payment provider without first contacting phmoney support to resolve the matter.
• Allowing or facilitating access by a minor to your phmoney account.

11. Suspension and Account Closure

phmoney reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, under investigation for prohibited conduct, or associated with fraudulent activity. Where a suspension is applied, phmoney will endeavour to notify the account holder promptly unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

A player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phmoney support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance net of outstanding bonus amounts will be returned by a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

phmoney also reserves the right to close an account at its discretion with reasonable notice, without being required to provide a specific reason, provided that any verified real-money balance is returned to the account holder.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmoney's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the verified account balance held at the time of the relevant claim.

phmoney does not accept liability for:

• Financial losses arising from gaming outcomes on the platform, including any loss of expected winnings.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside phmoney's reasonable control, including network outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

phmoney may be required to disclose account information and transaction records to regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies in compliance with applicable Philippine law, including anti-money laundering obligations. Such disclosures will be made without prior notice to the account holder where required by law.

Your phmoney account data will not be sold to third-party marketing companies. Data sharing with service providers is limited to what is necessary for the operation of the platform and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

14. Amendments to These Terms
